What an awesome day it’s been! Fakaaue lahi to Freda Hausi, and her colleague Kokoi from the Pacific Heartbeat team of the National Heart Foundation for the fantastic presentations on the four food groups, reading food labels and the group work (remember angina 😉)and of course the healthy food options for morning tea and lunch.
