My name is Sammy Reeves iv been studying and practising Reiki healing for five years. I find that Reiki can balance energy, heal traumas and clear blockages which are caused by outside influences.The benefits of Reiki are extreme relaxation and immediate upliftment, Reiki can also ease pains in the body. A short consultation will be required before the treatment starts, this will help me understand what you wish to gain from the experience. A Reiki treatment can last up to an hour and you will be asked to lye on a Reiki bed for the duration of the treatment.
