Intention :
• to cleanse and detoxify

Forage for seasonal flowers and herbs and gather local ingredients mindfully. Set your intentions under the powerful grounded, earthy energy of this New Moon in Virgo.

• Recipe

1 lemon, sliced
Half of an orange, sliced
(I used the pith/rind also as I havent got any essential oils at home)
Daisies, buttercups & dandelions
3 sprigs of fresh mint
1/3 cup of homemade blend of Epsom salts w dried chamomile & lavender, hibiscus flower & rose
3 tsp of Organic Temple Detox
