We installed this 'attached' application of roof edge protection on this new shed build in the Wairarapa yesterday.

Our INTAKS system really is in a league of its own on jobs like this, the client was super stoked with it and we were too!

Did you know our interlocking decks can be used to create fantastic platforms over voids/lower roof areas?

Here is an example of a before and after where we attached a birdcage style platform into the framing so the lower roof underneath could be installed at the same time as the main roof.

The last picture shows the platform lowered after roof completion for the cladding/painting etc. With only 3 points of contact on the new roof, and the weight disbursed through the platform and back to the scaffold the new roof was protected 👌👍🤙

We aren't constrained by set bay lengths so we can install our frames to suit the site, with spans up to 4.8m 😲

This allows us to work around obstacles/plants/trees/buildings leaving a nice, level, constant platform to work from.👍

Our decks are so versatile, here is a void that we birdcage platformed out rather than having a single platform around the perimeter. Easy install for us and brilliant for the trades using it with clear working space underneath 👍

Here was a challenge!

New build home with a narrow stairwell, painters needed access to the walls and ceiling while maintaining access up and down the stairs and without any bracing into the walls so they could paint without a break.

We utilised our 'Roof Feet' which we screwed into the top of the stairs and half way down with a free standing frame at the bottom.

Problem solved 👍

Not only can we provide a super working platform over a roof, but our lightweight decks protect the roof.

Here is an example of a platform installed over a newly laid roof, this only has 3 points of contact on the roof with the weight disbursed back to the outer scaffolding.

No need for anyone to walk on the new roof until all works are completed! 👍
