Clinical Manager, Vaccinators, Swabbing and Administrators for COVID-19 Vaccination Centre, Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt.

⭐ SUPERSTARS ⭐

The Vaccination Centre has been extended to 30 June 2022 and we are now looking for additional team members that will continue to welcome and guide our communities and whanau through the swabbing or vaccination process. The following roles are offered for a fixed term to 30 June 2022:

CLINICAL:
-Clinical Manager to lead the team and oversee all aspects required of the Vaccination Centre. A Registered Practice Nurse with previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

- Vaccinators and Swabbing/Testing
- Team Leaders

NON-CLINICAL
- Administration/IT
- Call Centre Operators
- Security

The non-clinical positions involve offering support and information, checking the Ministry of Health system and ID's, entering the required data accurately, answering questions, making phone calls and booking times.

PRACTICE MANAGER
HEALTH, DENTAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES

We would like to invite Practice Managers with a clinical background and experience with non profit and Maori led organisations to join our team to lead the Health Centre through the changes of the health system reform. The Health Centre provides kaupapa Maori led services and is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and pro-equity values.

The Health Centre has a very high needs population and a priority will be to increase and develop our health and social services to support our patients, whanau, and community (Whanau Ora/Hauora). The Practice Manager must be have the ability to initiate, develop and sustain change processes.

Skills and attributes:

- Demonstrated conceptual, strategic planning and policy development skills
- Demonstrated competency in clinical programs and project management
- Previous experience in general practice/primary health care
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Business planning and financial management skills
- Human Resource management
- Compliance and Foundation RNZCGP accreditation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Te Reo and knowledge of tikanga would be an advantage
