Well done to Max O'Kane who won his age group in the annual Iron Maori triathlon on Napier on Saturday. 1k swim, 50k cycle and 10k run. A well deserved trophy for the cabinet.

1 week on, reflecting on Max O'Kane's great achievement- second in his age group for the IRONMAN 70.3 in the sunshine coast! 1.9k swim, 90k bike and 21.1k run. A lot of hard work and dedication goes into being able to do these distances let alone back to back. Well done Max, we are all in admiration.

Help us support New Zealand women living with breast cancer. We will be hosting a pink ribbon morning tea at the clinic on Thursday 23rd May 10-11 followed by a free exercise class 11-12. You can donate using the below link, otherwise join us and donate on the day!
