💪✨ Some days, it’s not about going all out; it’s simply about showing up! ✨💪

After battling a chest infection and being on antibiotics and steroids, I finally made it back to the pool today! 🏊‍♀️ Sure, it wasn’t my usual intensity, but I swam gently for 30 minutes, and let me tell you, it felt amazing to be back in the water!

Living with a chronic health condition like my congenital heart condition can be frustrating, especially when my mind is ready to push harder. But I’ve learned that taking it easy is key to long-term recovery. Remember, it’s perfectly okay to take a step back and listen to your body.
