Mindfulness, used a therapeutic technique, connects you with the present in such a way that it allows you to discover habitual thought patterns and automatic behaviours. Mindfulness is a way of living in the present, rather than regretting the past or worrying about the future.
Private mindfulness sessions are bespoke to your needs. Mindfulness sessions can also include group sessions or retreats, workplace workshops, personal trauma sensitive sessions and workshops for Heart children and their families.
