As I celebrate a deeply personal milestone today, Iโ€™m reminded of how important it is to pause and reflect on our journey. On this day, 40 years ago, I underwent two open-heart surgeries that changed my life forever. ๐Ÿ’– The stitches may have healed, but my gratitude for each moment is immeasurable.

Today also marks one year of love and partnership with my incredible partner. ๐Ÿฅ‚ Life isnโ€™t perfect, but every twist and turn holds a lesson, a story, and a reason to celebrate. Whether itโ€™s significant milestones or the small victories, letโ€™s embrace our imperfections and grow together.

Being by water and surrounded by nature offers countless benefits, including:

Youโ€™re not alone! ๐ŸŒˆ Itโ€™s normal to feel the weight of your responsibilities pressing down on you. But what if I told you that this moment of discomfort can be a powerful opportunity for self-discovery? ๐Ÿค”โœจ

Instead of rushing to tick off tasks, take a breath and ask yourself:

1. Are these tasks things I genuinely want to do?

2. Do I need to do them to pave a smoother future?

3. Am I doing them to please others?

Using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), we can embrace those feelings of stress and clarify what truly matters to us. ๐Ÿ’ช

And for my fellow neurodivergents with ADHD, here are some tips:
