Want to connect with your inner calm and replenish your energy?

Here are some steps you can take:

1) Pick a time (e.g., 8 pm) to log off social media and screens.
2) Use tools: Set app timers or use “Do Not Disturb” mode.
3) Charge your phone outside of your bedroom.
4) Switch to low-stimulation activities before bed (e.g., reading, journaling, stretching, or calming music).

You can protect your peace of mind and your sleep cycle by reducing screen time 🌙

Practicing self-compassion can help you reduce stress and grow through challenges. 💛

Next time an unwelcome thought about yourself pops up, try this:

1) Notice: When you’re being hard on yourself, pause and acknowledge it.

2) Name it: Say to yourself, “This is a moment of discomfort.”

3) Normalise it: “It’s okay to feel this way—being human means facing ups and downs.”

4) Nurture: Ask, “What do I need right now?” or “What would I say to a friend in this moment?”

Even a short pause like this can shift your mindset and help you respond to yourself with care.
