We’re excited to welcome Dr. Xanthia Burns (Chiropractor) to the Adapt Chiropractic team at Karori!

After first experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care at 13, Xanthia has developed a deep passion for supporting people on their wellness journey. She brings a gentle and holistic approach to chiropractic, with a special interest in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) — a technique that supports the spine, pelvis, cranium, and more, helping your body function at its best.

Originally from Hawke’s Bay, Xanthia is now proud to call Wellington home and looks forward to caring for the local community.
