A client discovered this wonderful yoga storyteller for kids during lockdown. HIGHLY recommended! I love the secret yoga code words and kid-friendly names for the postures. Complete with green screen storytelling in the background and friendly follow-along yoga from a great presenter!

My dear friend Antonio Palmero made this (first in a series) video about the mountain stick jumping technique of his homeland, the Canary Islands. I HIGHLY recommend watching it. Incredible scenery and information and lovely music. Such a peaceful meditative practice. I've gone with him around Wellington when he's been doing the work, but never had a go, yet. Maybe next time I'm up in Auckland, he'll take me out to Torbay to have a go
