We listen carefully and provide hands-on treatment and advice to help you back to health after illness or injury. Today we are up bright and early and at the Osteopathic Children Foundation clinic in Lower Hutt, where we treat babies and children up to the age of 15 for free to help reduce the cost barriers to receiving optimal osteopathic health care 🤗

Registered Osteopaths, Venla Karki, Sebastian Tucker and me - Dr Melanie Young, Registered Osteopath all have many years of training and experience in the treatment of babies and children.

Our director Dr Melanie Young biking to work this morning - encouraging you if you feel confident on a bike, to think about biking to get more active and reduce fossil fuel use at the same time! ✔️

Her return trip is around 27 kms each day around the waterfront and south coast, so an electric bike makes that easy as it ‘takes away the hills and wind’.

So have a think about how you can be more active in the way that you get to work or to your Osteopathic appointments by walking cycling running or skateboarding! 🏃 🛹 🚴 ☀️
