I am a counsellor who is working with executive clients dealing with their performance at a professional level, whilst still managing their personal life and family. I believe that part of well-rounded health care and mental health is taking care of the mind, body and soul.

• In keeping our struggles secret or repressed is not the healthiest approach to anyone’s career. The culture of silence causes a repression of emotions that affects every area of someone’s health.

• This includes enabling healthy relationships whether it is marriage, parenting, romantic and developing skills for managing any conflict in these relationships.

• I offer life counselling, problem-solving, decision making, career transition, solution intervention, relationship solutions, work and life balance, fresh perspective of self-worth and empowering their personal vision and dreams. I do this whilst working with sensitivity, respecting all cultures and core values and beliefs of all clients.

• Allowing myself to walk through with them in their mind of discovering themselves, through their past, present and future and also discovering their potential and strengths. A romantic relationship is an agreement of two people to create fantasy and hoping it's going to be an experience in reality that will last forever. A longing for a deep connection between the mind, body, and soul in between two people that bring a total satisfaction. BUT our longing for this connection is brought up all differences and conflicts in a relationship that seems like fighting for nothingness and hopelessness. This is an indication of the realness and the rawness of the longing in the soul of men for connection. Living in emptiness in a marriage and in a relationship is the worse feeling on earth, that's mean living in disconnection is a lonely way of life. (Food for your mind from Organic Roots!)
