Happy New Year!
I hope you’ve had a chance to rest, reset, and enjoy some ease over the holiday period. During my break I had a chance to escape into nature doing a 6 day Solo Hike in the Nelson Lake region, a fantastic way to mentally reset for the year ahead!
As we step into the year ahead, I’d like to share a few updates from the clinic and what’s now available for you.
Wellington Anniversary Day
The clinic will be open on Wellington Anniversary Day, with limited appointments available. If you’re planning the long weekend, you’re welcome to book ahead.
Now open on Mondays
From this month, the clinic will be open on Monday Afternoons, offering a little more flexibility for those who find it hard to attend later in the week.
New service: C-section Abdominal Scar Release Massage
At the end of last year I announced I am now offering gentle, informed C-section abdominal scar release massage as part of my manual therapy practice. This work can support mobility, circulation, nervous system regulation, breathwork, connection to pelvic floor imbalances and re-connection with the body following surgery.
It may be helpful for people who have had C-sections, hysterectomies, or other forms of abdominal surgery, whether recent or many years ago.

Two (2) × 75-minute sessions — $235
This bundle is designed to support the best possible outcomes, so sessions are intended to be used within a three-week period. We recommend booking both appointments close together to gain optimal benefit. Sessions are non-transferable and subject to availability.
