I help individuals learn how to nourish their body through food, movement and mindfulness, reduce stress, regain energy, get out of pain and feel freedom to live each day to the fullest. Salena has been practising and teaching Hatha Yoga in Wellington, New Zealand since 2007. Experienced in teaching beginner, intermediate and pregnancy classes, as well as offering sessions for corporate and private groups. Public classes offered in Johnsonville, Wellington are suitable to a variety of abilities and levels. Attend at a casual rate or concessions are available. Salena also offers 1-on-1 movement/yoga therapy to re-educate, strengthen, increase muscular flexibility and joint mobility/stability. No impact means this is perfect for rehabilitating bodies.
1-on-1 sessions are also a great opportunity to target over used areas affected from daily activities or other problem areas.
