FLOWPRESSO IS COMING TO KAPITI

We are bringing Flowpresso to Kapiti and invite you to our launch the weekend 27/28 January 2024, 10am - 2pm each day where there will be FREE 10min demonstration sessions available.

What a year! We have welcomed Josy and Viv to our studio, and farewelled Tania who has moved to Wellington CBD.

Conferences have been attended workshops and courses attended and qualifications attained.

Among all of this we have our clients to be thankful for, your trust in us, and your ongoing support is humbling. Thank you all.

We wish you all a safe festive season and look forward to working you with you in 2024.

Collaborating with Cindy from Off the Bar Therapy for the best outcome for an awesome client, has proven to be a winner. 🎉🥳

She delivered an early Xmas message this morning, and we couldn't be happier for her.

Sometimes it's a team effort to get you where you need to go. Bernie and I have been working with this lovely lady, along with a podiatrist, to help get her running again. She also put in the work outside of her treatments and she just gave herself the best Christmas present 🙂

Now for the 21.5kms....
