Well here we are again being tested by this tricky little virus.

I wanted to let everyone know that at level 2 Insync massage is still OPEN.

I have reapplied the hygiene protocols in place last time we were at level 2.
• High touch surfaces are regularly sanitized.
• Hand sanitizer is available for use and must be applied on entering the premises.
• Shoes are also to be removed on entering.
• l will also wear a mask when clients are lying face up on the massage table.

I hope that you are feeling okay and not too down hearted . We will get through this again.

Be patient, be kind to each other and stay safe out there.

I have had Reiki as a string to my bow for many years but have not pushed it to the forefront of my skill set, not being sure of people's reactions to energy work. But after reading this article and in these times of greater stress and change in our lives I realized there is even more benefit in this work than ever.

Hi folks, I hope all is well in your bubbles. In these challenging times I wondered what I could do to help people out. Then a client said to me the other day that she " missed me" she was feeling sore. This started an idea percolating... The result is this, a series of instructional videos on self massage aimed to help those working from home. I hope you find them useful and please share with anyone you think would benefit. Today's video is techniques for neck and shoulders.
