After 6 years since taking over Life pharmacy Kilbirnie, We have seen the community grow. We have always worked closely with Unichem Kilbirnie. So it is with some sadness but also excitement that we have decided to close the doors. Unichem Kilbirnie will continue to provide care to you locally as we will work on transferring our database and history to Unichem to ensure continuity of care. Our last day of trading will be December 6th.

An estimated 68,000 native birds are killed in New Zealand by introduced predators every night.
Pest Free Wellingtons goal is to make Wellington a safe place for our tui, kererū, kākā, kākāriki, geckos and other native animals. A safe place for native animals is free of pest animals such as rats, possums, stoats and weasels.
Predator Free Wellington has successfully developed a proof of concept for urban eradication on the Miramar Peninsula. The next stage of their project we will see them expand from the coast at Island Bay through to the CBD and Wellington Harbour.
then they can then continue rolling out the eradication in phases until they reach the city boundary at Porirua.

Our eradication on the Miramar Peninsula is almost complete and we are getting ready to step out into the next phase of our project: Island Bay to CBD.

we are offering both the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) and meningococcal B vaccinations here at Life Pharmacy Kilbirnie.

The MMR vaccination is funded for certain people.
