WELLHAND is a hand therapy clinic with expertise in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with hand injuries and related conditions. All of the hand therapists working in the clinic are physiotherapists who have completed post-graduate training in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. The hand therapists work closely with Orthopedic, Plastic and Hand Surgeons both in private practice and DHBs.
In some cases the hand therapists are able to assess and start treatment on patients whilst they are waiting for an appointment with the specialist. Private Patients: The initial consultation cost is $120.00, with additional charges for splints if this is required.
