Have you ever felt like your mind is racing while your body is somewhere far in the background?
Thoughts, worries, to-do lists… and somewhere along the way, the connection to yourself gets blurry.
Tai Chi has been one of the most gentle, transformative ways I’ve found to come home to my body again — especially in times of stress and after trauma. Slow, flowing movements, deeper breath, and a growing sense of safety in the nervous system… little by little, it changes how we feel from the inside out.
I’ve written a new blog post exploring Tai Chi as a pathway to embodied awareness, emotional regulation, and healing, along with reflections on working through long-term stress and intergenerational trauma.
