We support Organic week annually - 5-13 September. We will also be having regular organics events throughout the year.

Organics in Featherston

A group of organisations, producers and individuals organised a very successful inaugural ‘Featherston Organic Week’ in April-May 2019.

Building on the momentum, a collective of Wairarapa organics producers, growers and teachers was established to grow connections, create a voice for organics in the Wairarapa, and deliver educational programmes, workshops and other initiatives throughout the Wairarapa - including in Featherston. Claire Bleakley is the coordinator of the organics events in Featherston.
