Ultimate Care Pōneke House Our philosophy is to provide extra support as residents need it.

We work with residents and families to create personalised care plans and provide ongoing assessment. Our facility is something special with its established garden setting and panoramic views overlooking Newtown, multiple lounge areas, and sunny courtyard. We offer comfortable single rooms and are committed to providing the best care for our residents including rest home, hospital, day programme, respite, and end of life care; as well as 24-hour emergency GP support. We employ friendly, trained staff, offer nutritious home cooking by an onsite chef, and have an extensive activities programme for residents to enjoy. Residents, families and visitors enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere at Mt Victoria, and being treated with the respect that comes with our personalised care approach.
