Forever grateful that I got to train under Hugh, and experience his incredible energy and humble being. **Postural Energetics (PE)**
This is another treatment I offer, which is an add-on from a KCR session. One way to describe it is a bit like a standing meditation - where you ground yourself, and mentally scan your body for any issues or restrictions. It's a way to connect with your connective tissue, and release any blockages - physical or emotional. In a session I'll guide you through and make a couple of very subtle adjustments - of which the effect can often be quite profound. The best thing about PE is that you can do it at home, in your own time, so you continue to reap the benefits after your initial session!
