Reginald was my Great Grandfather.

He came from small town Patea in the Taranaki region of New Zealand.

He died when I was one.

It's kind of funny to me that the love interest of my feature film I starred in in 2016 was called Reginald.

It's called Portrait of a Knight and is available on YouTube if you wanna check it out.

Reginald was a meat works worker. He was bold brave fearless and loved to tend to the land.

He was a keen gardener and he stood up for my great grandmother Molly.

Molly was an orphan who became the help. He advocated for her and married her.

He saw something within her that no one else had seen.

Potential.

That is my gift too. Perhaps it's been passed down.
The ability to tune into someone's potential.

When I work with clients in the long term on an ongoing basis I anchor their ability to have their potential realised.

Sometimes all we need is a cheerleader. A guide. A friend.

A life-time ago. Ten years in fact. I travelled to Bali with my beautiful grandmother. Today is the 3 year anniversary of her passing. I remember seeing this photo and thinking I was overweight and not beautiful. Wow! How far I have come since that moment. I now see my body so differently. Despite having gained 40kg since.

Also.....side note.....are we loving the tiger stripe tan! HAHA. Can I get a woop woop.

This photo is a reminder to me of how much work I have done on my self-love journey. The hours of therapy, coaching, EFT, Emotion and Body Code etc.

This is why I love to coach and mentor on this very topic. Because the transformation is absolutely the real deal.

Lately I've been feeling into what my business means to me.

Re-evaluating and shedding old belief systems.

I no longer wish to show up in quite the same way.

I want to be authentic to the fact that my priorities are changing.

That I'm realising that I'm actually content.

I'm content with my job, my relationship, my home.

And.....

To me that is the trifecta.

For a long time, my spirituality became a disassociation.

I don't desire for my disassociation to be an escape or a reason anymore to continue in the way I have been going.

I have been roused in unnecessary suspicions of myself

Suspicions about my previous intentions.

Why did I do this? Why did I show up in this way.

But in all honesty....it was always to serve.

To be of service.

To help others.

But right now.....the priority is to help myself

What feels like it's from the heart? 💗

This constant process of self evolution.

Of being taught you speak to you. My audience. To speak to your pain points. However I've always connected to you through mine.

Through my story telling and my moments of personal clarity in the peaks and the troughs.

In the drowning of past relationships, friendships, family ties.

I've never enjoyed sales. It doesn't speak to me.
It doesn't light me up.

All I've ever wanted to do was share the journey out of darkness. Out of pain. Out of the need to transmute again and again.

I'm no guru or chief. I certainly don't have all the answers.

Today I was reminded by the beautiful Susan Crystal Diamond Curtis the power of space holding.

To not appoint yourself as the all knowing one and instead sit in the totality of the unknowing.

The inter-connectedness that we all hold.

The universal consciousness of light.

Friendship is sitting in the mud not being God together as Brené brown so rightly put it.

So how do I continue to show up?

How I show up for those I love.....
