When it comes to functional fitness, one of the most popular exercises is the squat. It’s a movement that’s deeply inherent and nuanced yet often misunderstood, so I’ve locked in a date and venue for my next workshop, and I’d love for you to join me.
“Built Different: Understanding Your Hips, Squat & Movement Potential” will help you discover your optimal squat by replacing generic advice with a personalised strategy.
We’ll also explore concepts like osteogenesis — connecting movement not just to function, but to how your body structurally adapts over time.
Osteogenesis is the process by which bone is formed and continually remodelled. It plays a central role in how posture, movement, and environment shape your body.

Introduction — 5 min
Reframing “the one perfect squat template” — 15 min
Concept teaching — 15 min
Movement exploration — 20–25 min
Afternoon tea (provided) — 15 min
Self-screening — 20–25 min
Wrap-up & Q&A — 10 min
