Create your signature ritual as a touchstone to return to day after day, throughout the year. This is a way of stepping towards your goals in an incremental and sustainable way, while also embodying the person that you are becoming.

Here’s a couple of examples, your signature ritual can be anything you want it to be, it’s yours! Make it as simple or as elaborate as your heart desires. This is your life, this is your story, how do you want the plot to go?

Does your life represent the full expression of the main character that is you? If not, then let your signature ritual be something that animates you!
