Hello everyone,

We are in our new treatment rooms!

Our clinic is still located in the same area, but we have moved one wall over and our front door is now through the main doors at 10 Customhouse Quay.

Our Sports Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist are open and are here to help if you have any niggles or injures.

Sadly, our Chiropractor has finished with us as he is taking time away to be with his family.

We now have a spare treatment room and are on the lookout for a new practitioner to join our team. The room would suit a Chiropractor, Osteopath, nutritionist, , one on ond piltes instructor, Acupuncturist etc. If you or anyone you know is looking for a treatment room, please get in touch via email at james@completewellington.co.nz

Our Physiotherapist James will be busy this weekend at the Wellington Pickleball Cup.

With over 300 athletes competing, this is the largest Pickleball event ever in New Zealand.

Come on down to Akau Tangi Sports Centre in Kilbirnie and have a look!

We are delighted to announce that we will have James Panton (Physiotherapist, MNZSP, ACC Registered Provider, DipExSci. Level 1
Crossfit Certified Trainer) from CompleteWellington attending the Cup to tend to your Physio/massage needs.
Cost will be $20 for 15 minutes. Cash only. (may vary depending on requirements)
If an injury occurs James can attend to you and also fill out ACC forms for you on site.

You have all been an amazing help to our community!

What a huge day Monday was for us all! With your support, and the donations given by all booked in, we managed to raise over $1500 and fill a box of essential items.

It was humbling to see everybody rally for a great cause. We hope you all enjoy your vouchers from Kākāriki Coffee and have a safe and happy Christmas this year.

10 years of getting to know you,

Today we celebrate 10 years of Complete Wellington with a fully booked fundraiser for Wellington City Mission. If you have booked today, we can't wait to see you! Let's make a difference in someone's Christmas this year.

If you missed our Instagram announcement a few days ago you may have missed the opportunity to book a spot for this Koha event. Do not fret, you can still make a donation by popping an essential item (Toiletries, Baby Food and Nappies) in our donation box we will have out today.

Unfortunately the Social Supermarket’s services continue to grow in demand, even more so as we edge closer to Christmas.

On Monday the 12th of December Brett will be opening his appointments to fundraise for The Social Supermarket at Wellington’s City Mission and bookings have just opened!

Appointments for the entire day will be koha only! We will also set up a donation box for items that the Social Supermarket is always running low on -Toiletries, Baby Food and Nappies, if you would like to bring anything additionally along, then please feel free to.
Additionally (if you manage to book a spot) every booking will receive a voucher for Kākāriki Coffee - our new neighbours next door.
Each voucher will be for two regular hot drinks!

**How can you nab your Koha appointment?**

That’s an easy one, simply wait for an announcement on our Instagram () on the 10th December, announcing bookings are open for you to nab. Make sure you follow us though!

We are really happy to welcome Thobias and the team to the block and wish them all the best with their new venture.

Wowza what a Tuesday, thank you all very much for your donations, we raised $1500 which was donated straight to Māori Women’s Refuge, Te Whare Tiaki Wahine.
