Our skilled instructors incorporate a background of circus, health science qualification, aerobic training, and passionate work ethic to make you stronger, leaner and more flexible.We have something to offer EVERYBODY, from those new to exercise to professional athletes. Beyond the basics, be prepared for challenging, full-body workouts that will wake up those dormant muscles! One class will sow the seed but CONSISTENCY is key for best results. More than a class. For four weeks, you'll be with the same small group of people, creating a supportive and relaxed environment. We'll start with a multi-level, beginner-friendly Pilates Reformer class, then head out for coffee afterward to chat, laugh, and get to know each other.

🌟 Meet Lisa, Our Newest Instructor at Thrive! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Lisa to the Thrive team! You’ll find her in the studio offering private and semi-private sessions, and covering group classes when other instructors are away, helping you stay consistent with your Pilates practice.

Here’s a little about Lisa, in her own words:

“I’ve experienced both extremes of physical ability - from needing support with everyday tasks after a spine injury, to pushing my physical limits as an elite track cyclist.

My own Pilates journey started after spine surgery, when I was referred for rehabilitation. My Pilates sessions were the first time someone looked at my movement patterns holistically, rather than just focusing on the injury site. I quickly fell in love with the practice - the mindfulness of it, the way it created freedom in my body, and how I felt afterwards.

I retrained as a Pilates instructor to help other people develop that same connection with their bodies. My teaching is all about creating a safe, supportive, and fun space to explore movement, guided by what your body needs on the day.

Whether you're wanting to move better in your daily life, improve your performance in your sport, or just looking to find more joy and confidence in your movement, I’d love to support you with your goals.”
