Thank you to everyone who supported and empowered me over the year. It has been a year full of success, challenges and change, which wouldn't have been possible without you being there along for the ride.

As some of you know already, I won't be continuing with the reflexology side of Becoming Healthy in the foreseeable future, as I have embarked on new adventures. I'll still be here though, if you want to touch base, and I'm happy to help out if I can :) I hope you have a wonderful 2026 and may it bring you every happiness you dream of.
