At Sparkle Together, Mondays are a little different. While the rest of our week is high-energy HIIT, Monday is all about STRENGTH.

Why? Because as mums, we are "lifting" all day long—whether it’s toddlers, groceries, or heavy strollers. We need a body that is resilient, powerful, and injury-free.

Our Monday Strength sessions focus on:
✅ Functional Movements: Squats, lunges, and pulls that make daily life easier.
✅ Bone Health: Building density and strength for long-term wellness.

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

There is so much noise around what it means to be a "good mum." Somewhere in that noise, looking after yourself often slips to the bottom of the list. The workout gets skipped, the walk gets cancelled, and your needs get quietly moved aside because everything else feels more urgent.

But here’s what I’ve learned as a mum and a coach: Our kids don’t remember the mum who ran herself into the ground. They remember the mum who was present, happy, and had the energy to play.
