Merriest of Christmas’s from our family to yours. Thank you for being a part of our Epic Family this year. We love and appreciate all that you have done for us and been involved in. We’ve throughly enjoyed sharing this year’s journey with you, through all the highs and lows. Travel safe out there, drink lots (of water), eat lots and be Merry!

We celebrated our Pilates 1st birthday with a Prosecco and Pilates event. As you can see.... it was a lot of fun and giggles. Thank you so much for being part of the Epic Physio Family. We love being a part of your journey and we appreciate all the support we have received on our own journey too. Look forward to seeing you at the next one! Hopefully these might be more frequent :D

With our Inflammation Challenge all finished - we wanted to say a huge congratulations to everyone who took part in this 4-Week Challenge! We’re so proud of the effort, consistency, and positive changes you all made.

Together, we raised $375, which we’re donating to Amos, a young local boy bravely battling cancer. You can read his story here - https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/amos-battles-leukemia

And a big congratulations to our challenge winner — Sarah Primrose! 🎉
