With our Inflammation Challenge all finished - we wanted to say a huge congratulations to everyone who took part in this 4-Week Challenge! We’re so proud of the effort, consistency, and positive changes you all made.

Together, we raised $375, which we’re donating to Amos, a young local boy bravely battling cancer. You can read his story here - https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/amos-battles-leukemia

And a big congratulations to our challenge winner — Sarah Primrose! 🎉

We're closing registrations tomorrow....
You can attend in-person at our studio in Wellsford, OR online. Classes will be recorded so you have access to them all term. This is a 10 week transformative pilates program. We're focusing on things like pelvic floor, strong core, stable seat, mobile hips, still hands, thoracic movement and so so so much more.
