As you know, Aotearoa NZ will be moving in to phase 2 of the Omicron response on Tuesday 15 November at 11.59pm.

Increasing numbers of Omicron cases in the community will pose some challenges, and we will continue to work hard to ensure we are able to deliver safe and timely care over the coming weeks.

We will be in appropriate personal protective equipment and are fully vaccinated.

To maximise safety, we continue to use many elements of our Covid-safe framework to ensure we are able to keep our clients safe. This means:

Clients MUST wear a medical grade mask when in our facilities. (For anyone who does not have one we will be able to supply one).
We are maximising physical distancing on our sites – so you may be asked to wait outside or in your car until your appointment.
We will be conducting patient screening, so patients will be asked to complete a questionnaire before their 1st appointment.
