Align Me Welcome to Align Me. Using Emmett Technique, Bowen Therapy, McLoughlin Scar tissue release and Lymphatic drainage I aim to get you back moving with ease again.

Everyone deserves to be able to live their life without debilitating pain using Emmett Technique, Bowen Therapy, Mcloughlin Scar tissue release and Lymphatic drainage Maybe you have injured yourself in the garden or out playing sport, or maybe the pain has come out of nowhere, whatever the cause, that pain is telling you something isn't right. Is your back pain keeping you awake at night? That shoulder pain stopping you getting your clothes on? That hip and knee pain slowing you down? All of the therapies I use are very gentle and work on the soft tissues of your body to bring about change, not only to the skeletal alignment but can also have effects on the different systems at work within your body
