Please ensure the following to avoid delays or rejection:

• Passports must be sent via EXPRESS only

📝 Declaration forms must include
• Full name, address, and phone number for both sender and receiver
• Description must read: “Passport Application Documentation”

⚠️ Missing details (e.g. receiver’s phone number) may result in the consignment being delayed or rejected.

🇬🇧 For UK passport applications
• Adding extra details such as reference numbers or applicant information can help ensure smooth delivery.
