The Chiball TM method is closely liked to the philosophy of tai chi so if you like my tai chi classes you might enjoy this as well!
The class is designed to be done to gentle music to help stimulate and strengthen you immune system during the winter months.
It does this by encouraging you to create movements that work on stretching the deep internal organs in the body.
It is a light fun way of getting fit and you use a small hand sized ball for focus.
You need to be able to stand and move for at least 50mns, however the class can be modified for all levels and conditions.
If your not to sure just come along and give it ago GOLD COIN donations for a community funded activity run by the Delta House Community Trust.
