In honor of local sporting legend and Rocky Point Trail Run supporter, Tommy “SOS” Aldridge, we are honored and privileged to be sponsoring a new prize this year.

Join us this Labour Weekend, Sunday October 27th, for a taste of Buller. Whether here to explore the coastal views or native bush, Rocky Point Trail Run has it all with distances to suit everyone!

We're excited to announce that Coast Physio are sponsoring a new prize this year, in honour of the late Tommy "Sos" Aldridge.

Tommy was the oldest competitor in both our 2022 and 2023 events - walking the 12.5km event from Tauranga Bay to Carters Beach.

A local sporting legend, Tommy will be sorely missed at this year's event but, thanks to Coast Physio, he will always be fondly remembered.

Did you know that Coast Physio can lodge maternal birth injury claims? ACC is now supporting injuries sustained during childbirth, and our clinic is registered to support the wāhine of our community. With our excellent working relationships with specialists throughout the South Island, we can help to facilitate maternal birth injury claims by providing access to:

At Coast Physio, the excitement is high hearing that Section 5 of the Kawatiri Coastal Trail is open for adventures! Thank you to each and every person who has made this beautiful community trail a reality.

After an epic weekend at the Old Ghost Ultra, we are back in the clinic and looking forward to supporting community needs!

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to our outstanding physio, Raquel Casey, who was offering healing support through massage to the weekends competitors! We also want to congratulate all of our local legends who challenged themselves to explore 85km of backcountry running! It is no small feat, and we hope that you are as proud of your efforts as we are.
