I absolutely love these spontaneous moments of play with my tamariki.
Not only do they get my blood pumping, tinana jumping, and mauri flowing, but it is also a great opportunity to tap into my very own inner child.
A very competitive one, she can be 😅.
Sometimes, in the seriousness of life, work, and all else, it is imperative that we take the time to have fun, play, be silly, and let our childish side take hold 🤪.

Bees, beautiful, busy, ever so healing bees 🐝.
I was lucky enough to spot this wee humming hive of healers/honey makers in Oxford last weekend. A wee girl was of to the side with a popsicle stick, loaded with honey and helping to feed the bees that flew around her. It was magical 💖.

I've always had a deep connection and appreciation for this tiny, yet mighty insect. I really do believe that all they do in there short lifespan, heals and nourishes, not only us but the land around us. Everything they do to sustain themselves, also helps to bring us sustenance.

One day I hope to have my own garden filled with the hum of bees, to sit with, to watch them pollinate the plants around me, and to collect honey from them as a wee treat. It will be heaven 💖.
Until then, I will continue to be amazed with their beauty wherever I am blessed to see them 🐝💖.

The Hau Tapu Breathwork and Taonga Pūoro sound healing journey is a unique healing experience brought to you by renowned Māori Healer, Chelita Kahutianui o-te-Rangi Zainey (Waitaha/Ngāpuhi/Ngāti Kahu/Ngāti Haua) and her team of experienced Kai Pūoro (sound weavers) and Kaimirimiri (healers)

You will be welcomed into a carefully curated TAPU | SACRED space where you will be safely held and guided on your Breathwork and Sound journey.

Hau Tapu means - Sacred breath and we use this divine MAURI or life force of the breath as the key to your journey.

Our space is anchored by the Heart stone Pounamu, and the journey is interwoven with ancient ORO or vibrational sound and uniquely channeled guidance.

In this journey Chelita as Poutokomanawa, navigates you deeply into the realms of your emotional body to unlock suppressed emotion, utilising the tool of conscious connected circular breathing to take you into a non ordinary state to activate and release the emotions that no longer serve you

As your journey culminates we safely navigate and restore you to a place of deep relaxation and integration. A place to land and be supported into a state of TAU | CALM

Chelita has been weaving these sacred healing spaces for nearly a decade throughout Aotearoa, facilitating thousands of healings through the traditional Māori Healing Arts of Mirimiri and Rongoā Māori.

Her own poignant journey with Breathwork has ignited her long term vision to facilitate group healing and to set people free through the powerful use of HAU.

She is currently training in the Internationally successful Owaken Breathwork Facilitator training programme.

To celebrate Ngā Mata Ariki our Waitaha crew the Māhorahora Collective are gathering to offer a unique Mirimiri and Taonga Pūoro experience.

The coming together or Hono of the two ancient practices of Taonga Pūoro sound healing with the hands on healing power of Mirimiri are a perfect way to restore, renew and reset mind, body, wairua and whanau/whakapapa for this Matariki season.

Join Kaimirimiri ~ Chelita Kahutianui Zainey, Bianca Forbes, Cruize Erueti, Michelle Tuarāhonu Croft and Julia Fenn along with our Kaipūoro ~ Rua Pick and Gabriel Atawhai Calcott.
