Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage offered Prue Holms - the Owner/Therapist opened Holmstyle Therapies in Westport in June 2016.

She began studying her Diploma of Therapeutic Massage at The Wellington School of Massage in 2012. She still heads up once a year for different trainings. Some of these include Myo-Fascial treatment trainings, Bach Remedies, a number of Ortho-Bionomy Classes as well as stretching classes. Whilst in Wellington Prue worked as a therapist for just under 4years at Amazing Value Massage in the CBD. She will always be a student as there are always new therapies to learn and experience. She offers massage treatments to suit the individual client. These can range from a blissful hour relaxation session to a therapeutic session where comfort scales can be used. The main focus is to create a warm inviting space where one can come and let their bodies unwind through the healing touch of massage therapies. At Holmstyle Therapies "we always have your back"!!

To my wonderful clients (over the past 9 years for in Westport),

I want to thank each and every one of you who has supported Holmstyle Therapies over the years. Without you, I simply wouldn’t have been able to stay in business. Your trust and loyalty have meant everything 🩷

As 2025 draws to a close, so too does Holmstyle Therapies. I’ll be finishing up at the end of January 2026 as I relocate to Nelson, with new adventures ahead 🌿
