Kia ora everyone, I have decided to teach an evening yoga class online at 7pm on Tuesdays.
Come join me online for an evening of bliss and gentle movement. Classes will be suited for all levels

This is my new website. You can create an account and then sign up for the Wild Moves Membership. $14 a month and you can join the lives classes each week as well as access a Library of recordings to practice in your own time.
