GLYSOPHATE to be increased from 0.1 to 10 mg/kg on food!!!!
It is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS that glysophate is even used on our food let alone to be HUGELY increased...
New Zealand Food Safety has proposed raising glyphosate residue limits ENORMOUSLY in wheat, oats and barley from 0.1 to 10 mg/kg, and to 6 mg/kg in peas.
As you may know, glyphosate/Roundup is a serious source of gut inflammation, a gut microbiome disruptor which weakens immunity and damages the gut lining causing leaky gut which is a primary cause of autoimmune diseases.
It is outrageous that New Zealand still uses this chemical as it is a known carcinogen by those that developed it and as an example it is banned as a verge spray at least in the UK let alone being used on food.
