I could do a documentary about ALL MY AMAZING clients, because seeing them transform and thrive is one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had 🙏 ❤️👏🏼👏🏼💪🏼
ALL of it (where do I start); changing their mindset, overcoming worry/fear; stress. Not living with anxiety anymore.
Breathing better, sleeping better. More awareness. Better self-esteem, self worth, feeling calmer, stronger, happier. Achieving goals..... the list goes on.

The phrase "I'll move mountains" is an old metaphor meaning we'll do everything possible to achieve a certain goal...
But it's also how we seem to live our lives a lot in this modern world.... We will go through whatever stress and sacrifices to achieve that goal.. Even if it has a very negative impact on our health, mentally and physically. Or our surroundings, family, friends , relationships... The obstacles in our way might have taken such a toll on our wellbeing that we wonder if it actually was worth it...

My quote says "I learn to climb them" ... Because to me it isn't always about removing all the obstacles in our lives, it's about learning HOW to deal with them, manage them and live with them.
If you keep throwing the obstacles away and never work through them, you will never overcome them and they will keep coming back.
