Here’s one of our wonderful clients strengthening his back and arms!

Over the last year, his lower body strength has improved 4x and his upper body strength by 2x.

The calf muscles are commonly referred to as your second heart ❤️

It is made up of two major muscles, your gastrocnemius & soleus. They attach to your Achilles tendon and help you stand on your toes.

Why is muscle POWER so important?
