Resistance training is having your muscle resist a load it is it not used to - and therefore adapts to get stronger!

Resistance training is crucial for living longer and living healthier! It helps with muscle mass, bone health, metabolic health and even brain health.

To training the heart, you’ve got to get moving till your breathing rate is up! It doesn’t matter how you get there. Come in and try a bike, or a treadmill, or any other way to get your heart working!
