Over winter it is really important to be mindful of your wellbeing. With short cold days we tend to feel a little lower than in the summer months. A great pick me up is a soak in hot pools. Mineral water is great for an extra boost. Today we went along to to soak in the mud. It was rejuvenating and relaxing. I’ll sleep well tonight 💗

A great night was had in Rotorua last night with Ashlee Sturme at Hot Mess hosted by Petra Bagust & Niki Bezzant talking all things Perimenopause and Menopause.
We had a few good laughs with our thinke girlies setted next to us and went away with a lovely goodie bag. 💗

nail your nails? and connect with other women in an intimate Group of 6.

As I was previously a nail technician, I wanted to bring you an event where I could incorporate two of my passions - education around women’s health and feeling good which is what having beautiful nails does for me.

Join me for morning tea and some fun!

We will be learning about women’s health needs prior to and including perimenopause and menopause followed by a creative session of applying nails while we discuss the topic together in a safe and respectful environment.

I urge you all, men and women to watch the wonderful icebreaker of a show. Oprah talks with and Drs specialising in menopause to unravel the stigma. We have to do better for the next generation.

These are the best keto muffins I have ever had. Usually they are dry and tasteless. I am usually someone that follows a recipe word for word, but this time I let my intuition guide me and I came out with this winner. Let me know if you try it.
