This work started as something deeply personal for me 🤍

For many years, I struggled with chronic pain, fatigue, and inflammation. I was doing everything I could to support my body, but I was still searching for something that could truly help me feel better.

At one point, I was relying heavily on pain medication just to get through the day… and even then, I still didn’t feel good.

After multiple health challenges and surgeries, I reached a point where I knew something needed to change—not just for me, but for my quality of life and being able to show up for my kids.

That’s when I discovered frequency-based wellness.

I didn’t come into this thinking I would offer it to others… I just needed support for my own body.

But over time, I started to notice gentle shifts.

Less pain.
Less inflammation.
Better sleep.
A greater sense of calm.

And most importantly… I started to feel more like myself again 🤍

Now, I use these same tools not only for myself, but to support others who may be feeling tired, overwhelmed, or out of balance.

This isn’t about quick fixes or big promises.

It’s about gently supporting your body and seeing how it responds 🌿

“Do I need to believe in it for it to work?”
No — this isn’t about belief. It’s simply supporting your body in a gentle, natural way.

“What does it actually feel like?”
Most people feel relaxed… sometimes a gentle warmth or subtle pulsing.
Sometimes you don’t notice much at all during — but feel the difference after.

“How many sessions do I need?”
Everyone is different. Some people feel a shift after one session, others benefit from a few spaced over time.

“Is it safe?”
Yes — it’s non-invasive and designed to work with your body, not against it.

“What does a session actually feel like?” ✨

Most people expect something intense…
but it’s actually the opposite.
It’s quiet.
It’s gentle.
It’s calming.
Some people feel: ✨ warmth or subtle pulsing
✨ their body softening and relaxing
✨ their mind slowing down
✨ a sense of calm they didn’t realise they needed
And sometimes…
you don’t notice much during the session at all —
but later you realise you slept better,
