Hatha Yoga classes start again for Term 3 at Saint Nicholas by the Sea on Pohutukawa Ave.

15th July to 26th August a 7 week course at the same time 10.30 am to 12.00 pm Tuesday.

Investment: $175.00

All welcome to this beginners and experienced students yoga class. Bring your mat and a wool blanket, wear comfortable clothing in layers.
You will enjoy breathing techniques, stretching postures, relaxation and meditation.

New Hatha yoga class for those who would like to join me.
Tuesday's 10.30am to 12.00pm at Ohope St Nicolas by the Sea on Pohutukawa Ave (near the 4 Square) . Entrance at the back.
$20 per session.
Bring your mat, look forward to seeing you there.
