Over 13 years of experience with a wide range of modalities from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy, Infant Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Scar Tissue Release. Close to my heart, my most privileged work has been with Nurturing Touch, Grief, and Palliative Care as a Special-Time Therapist at Hospice Mid-Northland for over 10 years.

I am currently studying Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training and Nutrition.

Over time I have developed a gentle but deep connection with many regular clients and their wellbeing, aiding in the healing process of Mind, Body & Heart.
