Our much‑loved Vanessa is in the studio to guide you through a nourishing morning flow, followed by a blissful yoga nidra. Expect grounding, restoring, and resetting vibes that gently carry you into the week feeling calm, clear, and energised.

Everyday Strong has been such a vibe—great crew, friendly banter, and the kind of energy that makes you want to show up again.

If you’ve been on the fence because you’re feeling a little intimidated, shy, or unsure—take this as your sign: you can do it. The hardest part is turning up, and I promise you won’t regret it. We tailor it for everyone—from absolute beginners to seasoned trainers—so you get the most from your session.

Want a supportive place to start? Our Wednesday 6:15am class has evolved into a guided, beginner-friendly intro to resistance training. Come join us. 30-35 minutes, designed to fit into real life.

And if you’re keen for different class times, tell me what slots you’d love to see (unfortunately no 9:15am slots currently available, sorry!)

TONIGHT (Tuesday, 28th April)

6pm – Restorative Yoga with Renee – your (almost) mid‑week nervous system reset: slow down, breathe deep, and float out feeling lighter

WEDNESDAY

6:15am – Everyday Strong with Nicky – wake up your strength and your focus (future‑you will thank you)

8:00am – Slow Flow with Tash – nourishing movement, steady breath, and a grounded start to the day

5:30pm – Everyday Strong with Nicky – clock off, tune in, and head home feeling accomplished (and strong)

THURSDAY

9:15am – Mat Pilates with Lindsay – classic Pilates foundations with a little added spice (hello, legs and arms and core 🤪)

5:30pm – Power Pilates with Nicky – strength, precision, control… and that satisfying post‑class burn

FRIDAY

6:15am – Everyday Strong with Nicky – roll into the weekend energised, steady, and strong

9:15am – Slow Flow with Renee – calm, purposeful poses to stretch out the week and settle into the weekend

SATURDAY

7:30am – Power Pilates – control, flow and precision to wake up your whole body

8:30am – Yoga Flow with Renee – a feel‑good flow to start your weekend on purpose

SUNDAY

8:30am – Slow Flow with Tash – soulful and steady: a deep stretch, a long exhale, and a gentle embrace for yourself.

Our Chair Pilates class is a low-impact session focused on mindful, effective movement. Designed to support every body and every experience level, you’ll be guided through exercises that build strength safely—while improving stability, mobility, and balance.

This Restorative Yoga session is slow, spacious, and grounding—combining meditation, somatic exploration, gentle movement, and long-held restorative poses supported by props, so your body can truly surrender into relaxation.

Bring warm, comfy clothes, a jumper, and fluffy socks.
