β¨οΈ Successful people make time to understand why they failed β¨οΈ
This is also known as "FAIL FORWARD" ππ½
To fail forward is to ALLOW yourself to fail and then LEARN from it.
When you understand the why, what, when, where, who, and how's of it all, you can then start to work on a plan so to improve the outcome/experience next time (the more you do this, the more bulletproof you'll become!)
Over time, the more time and energy you put into your own growth, the better equipped you become at handling situations that would normally knock you off course. This is how you SUCCEED β¨οΈ
People will repeat damaging cycles because the brain and body will always choose a known hell over a lesser known heaven. It's also habitual, and habits can be formed and broken ππ¨βοΈβπ₯
One example of this could be binge eating/drinking on weekends. It's a comfort blanket for some; you're surrounded by your favorite foods/drinks, your favorite people, your favorite escape, even if it's counterproductive to the life or body you want.
Another example might be someone who eats/doesn't eat when feeling stressed or any emotion that causes you to feel powerless or overwhelmed. You might have functioned that way for so long that you don't even realise you do it, or you may be aware that you use food as a crutch or abstain altogether, but you won't change it even if it's counterproductive to the life or body you want.
π£ Repeating a behavior that doesn't align with your values is how to create turmoil in your mind π₯

Their meal plans are filled with clean, simple and essential ingredients and help them feel physically AND mentally lighter, more aware, more in tune with their gut and able to see their hindering habits in a new light so they can FAIL FORWARD ππ½
