Celebrating the journey, the rhythm, the grit…
and the woman I keep becoming 🚴‍♀️🌊✨

High performance isn’t one moment —
it’s thousands of tiny choices that keep you moving forward.
Every ride, run, wave, and sunrise session shapes the energy I carry.
Movement is where I meet myself —
where strength, softness, discipline, and intuition
all braid together into something powerful.

Alan Watts said it perfectly:
“Dreams are expressions of our own nature, awaiting to be born.”

That’s what this season feels like.
Desires coming from wholeness, not lack.
Life supporting the journey as I move toward what I love.
What we seek isn’t separate from us —
it is us.
It’s the inner current calling itself into form.

And honestly, what keeps me motivated?
This — the flow, the challenge, the alignment.
And the coaching I get to do every day.
Witnessing people unlock their potential
reminds me to keep stretching into mine.
Every breakthrough with a client reinforces my own.
Every shift into clarity, purpose, or self-belief
keeps me dedicated to living this work, not just teaching it.

My athletic life and my coaching practice
aren’t two different worlds —
they’re one expression of who I am.
The energy, the grit, the presence, the freedom…
it all moves together.

🌊 What Flow Means to Me

Flow is where effort dissolves and truth begins.
It’s that sweet space between doing and being —
where the ocean moves through me,
where creation feels effortless,
and presence becomes art.

Flow is trust.
It’s the letting go — of control, of timing, of outcome —
and allowing something greater to move through you, not from you.

It’s how I run, how I surf, how I paint.
It’s how I live when I remember that everything is energy, and energy is always finding its rhythm again.

In flow, I meet the wild, the quiet, and the infinite —
and somehow, they all feel like home. 💙

Sharing with you… as I evolve…
Something’s shifting.

For a year I chased ultras, 50 to 100k, no pause, no breath between the waves. I loved it. Every sunrise start, every hill, every ounce of grit. But somewhere along the trail, a question started whispering: what now? what’s next?

I’d already become the ultra athlete. That part of me is carved into my bones. Another race, another distance, another finish line wouldn’t change that. Faster? Maybe. Fitter? Sure. But was it helping me grow? Was it lighting me up the way it once did?

The truth is, my heart beats for more than miles. It beats for waves, for wheels on concrete, for the dirt of a trail underfoot, for salt wind tangled in my hair.

Surfing, skating, riding, running — all different, yet the same. They pull me into flow, into presence, into joy. They remind me that movement isn’t just discipline, it’s play. That strength is more than endurance, it’s freedom.

So I’m pivoting. Not away, but deeper. Back to the sea, back to the soul stoke that started it all. This summer it’s about balance, joy, connection. Art and sport. Breath and movement. Grit and light.

The big goals will come again. Maybe it’s the Maldives. Maybe biking through France. Maybe another ultra. I don’t know yet. But I trust myself to follow what feels alive, to choose the path that grows me, to ride the line where love and challenge meet.

Because this is what flow is — catching the wave, carving the line, letting life move through you.

Still buzzing from Sydney! ✨

Watching Skye take the stage at The Sydney Opera House alongside some of the world’s top leaders—JT Foxx, Jack Cowin, Mark Bouris, Bill McGowan, Lee Hunter—was nothing short of magic.

As her business partner (and biggest fan), seeing her brilliance, heart, and purpose light up a room like that is pure joy. She shines in every way—radiating alignment, clarity, and the kind of energy that moves people deeply.

Thank you for holding such a beautiful space — and to everyone who came, supported, and shared the vibe, you made it unforgettable.

Art, like sport, is pure movement. When I paint, it feels like running trails, catching waves, carving lines — rhythm, flow, surrender. Sport taught me resilience, art teaches me vulnerability — together they remind me that life is meant to be felt, lived, and shared in motion.

Every piece carries the rhythm of this coastline — the tides, the trails, the light that shifts over the sea and hills. It’s been such a journey to pour my heart into this work, and I’m so excited to share it with you.

This Saturday, the Matakana Collection will finally be unveiled — a body of work born from salt spray mornings, trail runs at Tāwharanui, cool surfs at Omaha, and the deep pull of this coastline I now call home.

Each piece carries the rhythm of this place — emerald tides, navy depths, sunlit sands — woven with movement, poetry, and flow. They’re as much about feeling as they are about seeing. About that breath between waves, the line we ride, the magic in connection.
