Each week we’ll shine the light on one of our amazing yoga or pilates teachers, then follow it up with a Wednesday pose spotlight you can try in class or at home.

First up: Emma Scott 💫
Emma has been part of our Nourish family for years and brings 25+ years of yoga practice to the mat. She’s not only a qualified yoga & pilates teacher but also a massage therapist, with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics – meaning she knows how to help every body move well and safely.

Fun fact: Emma has a deep passion for protecting Asian elephants – proceeds from her Wednesday Yin Yoga classes go directly to this cause 🐘.
