Tension. Tightness. Restlessness. Overwhelm.

I’m exploring something new… a Body + Brain Training class designed to gently support the release of stored physical, mental, and emotional trauma.

Through a combination of:
• mindful movement
• breathwork
• simple brain-based exercises

…we begin to create space.
To regulate the nervous system.
To feel safer in our bodies again.
To return to a more calm, balanced state — without force or pressure.

Tuesdays at 5.30pm, we welcome Sara Ormond for her beautiful Gentle Hatha Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation class 🤍 We have had great reviews for Sara’s class!

This nourishing session is perfect for slowing down and reconnecting. Sara will gently guide you through:
✨ Soft, accessible yoga postures
🌬️ Conscious breathwork
🧘‍♀️ Grounding meditation

This being an excellent starting point for beginners as well as regular yogis.
Expect to stretch and tone your body, restore energy, and release stress, leaving you calm, balanced, and refreshed.

About Sara:
Sara is a certified yoga teacher with 20+ years of personal yoga and meditation practice. She has taught both overseas and here in New Zealand, with a background in martial arts and a life shaped by growing up in Southeast Asia. Now based in NZ for the past 10 years with her husband and children, Sara’s teaching style is steady, attentive, inclusive, and grounded in safe movement and body awareness.

We pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of all those who served and gave their lives. Lest we forget. 🌺

At Nourish, we hold space for reflection, gratitude, and connection—both on the mat and beyond.

Our studio will be open as usual on Monday 27th April, with classes running as normal and massage available.
