This Saturday at 9am, we’re excited to welcome Sara Ormond for a Gentle Hatha Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation pop-up class 🤍
This nourishing session is perfect for slowing down and reconnecting. Sarah will gently guide you through:

Expect to stretch and tone your body, restore energy, and release stress, leaving you calm, balanced, and refreshed.
About Sara:
Sara is a certified yoga teacher with 20+ years of personal yoga and meditation practice. She has taught both overseas and here in New Zealand, with a background in martial arts and a life shaped by growing up in Southeast Asia. Now based in NZ for the past 10 years with her husband and children, Sara’s teaching style is steady, attentive, inclusive, and grounded in safe movement and body awareness.
