Greetings
I am selling some of my pre loved yoga mats for $10 per mat. I have also purchased some yoga mat carrier bags which I am also selling for $10. The bags are large enough to hold 2 mats or fat mats. I have them out on a table if anyone wishes to come and see on Monday & Wednesday before or after class.

Hi everyone
Just to let you know there is no class tomorrow, Waitangi day but you are all welcome to come to the Wednesday class.
Also mark Saturday Feb 27th in your diaries as I will be having another outdoor yoga class/brunch at my place 9am. I am printing out invitations to hand out this week with all the details.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year
I'm back from holidays refreshed, relaxed and ready to face 2021.
I want to thank Angie for stepping into the breach and running class while I was away.
I did attend a few classes while I was away. One was a body balance class which incorporates yoga, Pilates and tai chi. and I was inspired so I thought we can try some new poses and sequences and maybe a little tai chi with breathing. Nothing you can't all handle I promise!
